Warranty processing only by authorised dealers

  • Warranty work may only be carried out by authorised Briggs & Stratton dealers.
  • Non-authorised dealers may only carry out warranty work in exceptional cases and only after prior consultation with Klaus-Häberlin AG.
  • An authorisation number must be requested for each individual warranty claim.
  • Non-authorised dealers must always send in warranty spare parts and/or defective engines with a fully completed warranty form.

Important note

All warranty claims for Briggs & Stratton engines require the full serial number of the engine as shown on the barcode label and the model number printed on the label or stamped into typical engine components.
