Warranty processing only by authorised dealers
- Warranty work may only be carried out by authorised Briggs & Stratton dealers.
- Non-authorised dealers may only carry out warranty work in exceptional cases and only after prior consultation with Klaus-Häberlin AG.
- An authorisation number must be requested for each individual warranty claim.
- Non-authorised dealers must always send in warranty spare parts and/or defective engines with a fully completed warranty form.
