Warranty work of non-specialized or non-authorized dealers may be performed only in exceptional cases and only upon prior consultation with Klaus-Häberlin AG. An authorization number for each warranty claim must be requested. The warranty replacement parts and / or defective engines must always to be send to Klaus-Häberlin AG  together with a fully completed warranty registration form.

Please note also the warranty provisions, which are shown in the "operator's manual" of your engine. All Briggs & Stratton® engine warranty claims will require the full engine serial number as shown on the engine bar code label, along with the engine model number that is either printed on the label or stamped/etched onto traditional engine components.
